1. Professionalism & Integrity

• Conduct yourself honestly and ethically in all activities.
• Avoid conflicts of interest or behavior that could damage the reputation of the Council or the franchising community.
• Represent your brand and business fairly and truthfully.

2. Respect & Inclusion

• Treat all members, speakers, and participants with respect regardless of background, nationality, gender, or beliefs.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and constructive dialogue.
• Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Confidentiality

• Respect the confidentiality of shared business information during networking, mentoring, or training sessions.
• Do not misuse privileged or proprietary information.

4. Compliance & Ethics

• Comply with all local and international laws, franchise regulations, and fair business practices.
• Do not misrepresent any franchise offering, opportunity, or membership benefit.

5. Fair Participation

• Engage in Council events and discussions in good faith.
• Do not promote products or services in a way that disrupts the educational or collaborative nature of our programs.
