Welcome to the APAC Franchise Council. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, membership programs, training and coaching offerings, and events hosted or promoted by the APAC Franchise Council (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, services, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

The APAC Franchise Council is a non-profit organization focused on supporting franchise entrepreneurs across the Asia-Pacific region. We provide educational resources, coaching, advocacy, and networking opportunities to foster effective and sustainable franchise growth.

We operate in collaboration with ecosystem partners including CRM Bright, a business software provider used by some of our programs.

2. Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to use our website and offerings only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, regional, and international laws.

You must not:

• Use our site or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or user data.

3. Membership & Program Participation

Membership in the APAC Franchise Council may include access to certain exclusive services, resources, or pricing. All membership applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership if an individual or organization is found in violation of our Code of Conduct or these Terms.

Training, coaching, or event participation may require a separate registration and payment. Access to certain benefits may be contingent on active membership status.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All fees and payments are due as stated during registration or purchase.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on membership fees, coaching sessions, training programs, or event registrations. Exceptions may be made only in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared through our website, courses, documents, or events—including text, video, images, presentations, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of the APAC Franchise Council or our licensed partners.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Some programs may involve third-party platforms (such as CRM Bright) for service delivery or integration. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or policies of these external services. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of such third-party services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The APAC Franchise Council provides tools, strategies, and support to help members and participants succeed, but we do not guarantee results. Business success depends on many factors beyond our control, including the actions of the individual or business.

We are not liable for any business outcomes, financial results, or decisions made based on our content or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the APAC Franchise Council will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Errors in educational or training materials
• Any issues arising from third-party software or services

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid by the user within the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services or membership if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior inconsistent with our organizational values. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. All updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the APAC Franchise Council is headquartered, unless otherwise required by law.
